Medical Intake Consultation

Your intake consultation is the first step in determining if a prescription treatment is right for you.

During this appointment, a licensed provider will review your health history, discuss your goals, and determine eligibility for medications that may support your needs.

Options may include GLP-1 medications for weight loss (such as Wegovy® and Ozempic®), treatments for attention deficit, hormone and sexual health, mental health, cardiovascular and metabolic health, or other prescription therapies as appropriate.

All recommendations are based on your individual health profile and provider judgment.

What You’re Paying for Today ($149):
Your $149 payment covers your telehealth consultation with a licensed provider. During this visit, the provider will review your medical history, assess your eligibility, and, if appropriate, prescribe a medication.

⚠️ Important: This fee does not include the cost of the medication. If you're approved and choose a brand-name GLP-1 medication, your prescription will be dispensed by our pharmacy, and you will pay the retail price separately through our pharmacy.

If you opt for a compounded medication, that will be processed and shipped at a lower cash-pay rate (see medication pricing).

Who is it for:
Adults with a BMI ≥ 30, or BMI ≥ 27 with a weight-related condition such as high blood pressure, PCOS, or insulin resistance. Not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

• Ozempic® (semaglutide)
• Mounjaro® (tirzepatide)
• Zepbound™ (tirzepatide)
