These are optional add-ons that can be added to your subscription based on your treatment plan. À la carte services include GLP-1 medications for weight management, hormone therapy (HRT), and access to controlled substances when clinically appropriate. All add-ons are discussed during your telehealth visit and billed only after approval.

    One-Time Onboarding Fee (Core Plans): $149 Includes provider evaluation, pharmacy consult, and account setup

    • Controlled Substance Add-On (per medication): For ADHD or other DEA-regulated prescriptions

  • GLP-1 Weight Loss Therapy

    • GLP-1 Onboarding Fee: $199 - Includes provider evaluation and Rx setup
    • Compounded Semaglutide: $249/month
    • Compounded Tirzepatide: $399/month
    • Brand Name GLP-1s (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro): $799–$1299/month (varies by brand and dose)

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

    • HRT Onboarding Fee: $249 - Includes provider consult and lab review
    • Monthly HRT Program: $149/month - Includes custom-compounded HRT (creams, troches, etc.)
    • Quarterly Follow-Up Visit: $50/visit -

    • Duration: ~15 minutes
    • Conducted by a licensed pharmacist.

  • Physician Consult – $109

    • Ideal for treatment plan adjustments, new symptom evaluation, lab review, or exploring new therapies like GLP-1 or HRT.
    • Duration: ~20–25 minutes
    • Conducted by a licensed medical provider.

  • ✨ Consult Bundle Options

    • 2-Pack Consult Bundle – $179 - Includes any combination of pharmacist and physician consults. Use as needed within 12 months.
    • 3-Pack Consult Bundle – $259 - Ideal for patients managing multiple medications or therapies. Flexible scheduling—no subscription required.
